Growth Suite allows real estate sponsors to communicate with prospective and existing investors via SMS regarding investment opportunities, deal updates, webinars, and appointment reminders. Before sending text messages, you must complete the A2P registration process.
Getting Started- Navigate to Phone System within Growth Suite.
- Click on Trust Center.
- Under A2P Messaging, click Start Registration.
The registration process consists of three stages:
- Business Details Approval
- Brand Details Approval
- Campaign Details (Messaging Use Case) Approval
Step 1: Business Details Approval
The first step is to verify your business information.
Business Registration
Select:
- Is your business registered? → Yes
- Does your business have a Tax ID? → Yes
Business Information
Complete the following fields:
- Legal Business Name
- EIN / Tax ID
- Industry
- Company Website - Provide your sponsorcloud URL
- Business Phone Number
Business Address
Provide your official business address:
- Street Address
- City
- State
- ZIP Code
- Country
The address should match your business records.
Primary Contact Information
This section identifies the primary contact for the business.
Provide:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Recommendation: Use a company email address rather than a Gmail or Yahoo address.
Example:
Email: info@holdfolio.com
Once completed, submit the Business Details for approval.
Step 2: Brand Details Approval
After the business information has been approved, proceed to the Brand Details section.
Business Brand Type
Most real estate sponsors and investment firms should select:
- Mixed use case
Describe how your organization communicates with investors and prospects.
Typical use cases include:
- New investment opportunities
- Deal announcements
- Investor updates
- Appointment reminders
The information provided should align with your website and business operations.
Step 3: Campaign Details Approval
This section explains the type of SMS messages you intend to send.
Campaign DescriptionExample:
