Smart Lists are dynamic, automatically updating contact lists that help you segment, organize, and manage your contacts efficiently. Unlike static lists, Smart Lists automatically include or remove contacts based on the criteria you set.

Smart Lists allow you to automatically group contacts based on criteria you define. They update in real-time, so your lists are always accurate without any manual effort.

Creating Your First Smart List

  1. Navigate to Contacts → Smart Lists.

  2. Click More Filters next to the search box on the right.

  3. Add filters that match your Smart List criteria.

    • Example:

      • Tag = “Investor”

      • Pipeline Stage = “Lead”

  4. Click Save as Smart List and Give your Smart List a clear and descriptive name.

  5. Click Save – your Smart List will populate automatically with contacts that meet the criteria.

Managing Smart Lists

  • Easily view, edit, or delete Smart Lists by navigating to Contacts → Manage Smart Lists.

  • Adjust filters anytime to refine your segmentation or update your audience.
