How to Maximize the Security of Your Account

This is a quick guide on how to enable two-factor authentication to enhance the security of your account access.

The platform uses bank-level security to safeguard your information. However, in the event that you lose your login credentials, it's strongly recommended to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). This additional layer of security ensures that even if someone gains access to your password, they won't be able to log in without a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email, phone number, or both.

Step-by-Step Guide to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Your Investor Account

Step 1: Navigate to Account > My Info.

Step 2: Before enabling two-factor authentication, you must verify either your email address or phone number to confirm that the information belongs to you.

Step 3: Next to the Phone Number and Email Address sections, click Verify. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to you. Make sure the details are correct to verify that the provided email address and phone number are yours.

Step 4: After verification, scroll down on the same page and click Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Once enabled, you'll be required to enter the one-time password sent to your email or mobile phone every time you log in to the platform.
