Step-by-Step Guide to Share the Offering Landing Page:
Step 1: Log in to the investor platform.
Step 2: Go to “My Invest” and click View Details for the offering you want to share.
Step 3: On the landing page, locate the Share button at the top-right corner and click it to generate a shortened, shareable link.
💡 Sharing the link via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or social media will automatically generate a preview card displaying the offering name, image, and summary, enhancing visibility and credibility.

When you share a landing page, recipients may see one of two views (shared preview below) based on the offering’s visibility settings, which are configured by the sponsor to ensure compliance with Regulation D.
Visibility Settings:

Public Landing Pages: Recipients can access the offering landing page without signing up on the platform.

Private Landing Pages: Recipients must sign up on the platform to view the offering.
In both cases, you can share the link with your recipients. They will see a professional welcome message that includes the sponsor’s business name and the investor’s name, allowing them to identify the sender and the business, and either view the landing page directly or sign up to access it.
