Step 1: Log in to Zapier or create a free account.
Step 2: Click the "+" icon or select "Create Zap" from the top-left corner of the screen.
Step 3: Choose the application you’d like to connect with SyndicationPro.
- If you want data to flow from SyndicationPro to another application, select SyndicationPro as the first application.
Step 4: If you're connecting HubSpot with SyndicationPro, select HubSpot from the application list. Then, choose a Trigger Event, such as Contact Recently Created or Updated or any other relevant trigger.
Step 5: Select the Action trigger, then choose SyndicationPro from the list. Based on the action you need, select one of the following:
- Create a Contact
- Update a Contact
- Sync Tags
During the configuration process, you may be asked for the login details for both SyndicationPro and the application. Please provide the administrator login credentials to authorize the necessary permissions.

By following these steps and configuring the Zapier integration, any contact created in HubSpot will automatically be added to SyndicationPro. Additionally, you can automate email invitations to investors directly through SyndicationPro.
A similar Zap should be set up between the applications to automatically update contact information whenever it is modified.
Syncing Tags via Zapier
With SponsorCloud's integration with Zapier, you can automatically create investor tags to group them for personalized email campaigns or set visibility for specific offerings.

Example Scenario:
If you’d like to group all investors with a “Professional” tag, follow these steps:
- Create a Zap and select Sync Tags as the action event. Click Continue.
- Map the Tags field from HubSpot to the corresponding field in SyndicationPro.
- For example, you can map the Job Title field in HubSpot to Tags in SyndicationPro.
- Ensure the Email field is filled in — only contacts with matching email addresses in SyndicationPro will have their tags updated.
- Click Publish to activate the sync.
Following these steps will streamline your investor tagging process and improve your ability to send targeted communications.
6. Finalizing the Integration
- Once both Zaps are published, the connection is live.
- Any new contacts created in HubSpot will automatically sync to SyndicationPro.
- Tags from HubSpot will be updated in SyndicationPro for existing contacts.

Additional Notes:
- Ensure that field mappings are accurate and case-sensitive.
- Use the Custom Option if you need dynamic mappings for fields like Residency,Self accreditation,Verify contact,Send Invitation Email,Investment Capacity.
