Creating Custom Views in SponsorCloud CRM

Our Upgraded CRM 2.0 allows Sponsors to customize their data viewing experience by modifying and rearranging displayed columns, adding filters, and prioritizing key information. This feature enhances data visibility and streamlines decision-making.

Sponsors can narrow down extensive datasets to focus on specific criteria and quickly locate relevant information. Once configured, users can save their customized layout for easy access in future sessions, ensuring efficient data presentation and informed decision-making based on their unique needs.

Steps to Modify the Displayed Columns

    • Navigate to Contacts from the left panel.
    • Click on 'Columns' on the left side of the screen to see the list of available data options for new columns.
    • Check or uncheck the columns you want to include or remove to create a cleaner, more focused view that highlights the most important information.
    • The newly added columns will automatically appear on the far right, and you can arrange them according to your preference later.

    Steps to Create a Filter for Viewing Data That Meets Specific Criteria

    • Go to Contacts from the left panel.
    • Click on 'Filter' on the left side of the screen to add filter criteria. You can include multiple "And" criteria as needed.
    • Click on 'Apply filters'  to view leads or investors that meet the specified criteria.

      Creating and Managing Custom Views

      Once the columns and filters are configured, the system will pull the lead or investor data with the relevant information shown on the screen. You can then easily create a custom view and name it for quick access whenever you need this data, without having to redo the filters or select the columns again.

      Click on the Save As button, then select Create New View. Name the view in a way that makes it easy to identify. You can have multiple views and arrange them in an order that is important to you.

      You can choose to keep this view private or share it with your team. Additionally, you can click the pin icon to set it as your default view, allowing the system to automatically display it whenever you access Contacts.

      If you wish to modify an existing view, simply select Save As and choose the option to Overwrite Current View, instead of creating a new one.
