      Easily Switch to Investor View

      Learn how to easily switch back and forth between an Investor view and Sponsor view in your SynPro portal!

      Step #1: Link an investor account

      1. Log into your SyndicationPro sponsor portal
      2. Click your Avatar dropdown in the top-right corner
      3. Click Switch To Investor

      Link Existing Account

      If you already have an investor account you want to link, click the  Link Existing Account button

      • Scroll down to the Link Investor Account section of the page that loads
      • Enter the Email and Password of the investor account you would like to link
      • Click Verify & Link
      • If successful, you will receive a confirmation message

      Create New Account

      If you do not already have an investor account, click the Create New Account button

      • Complete the details in the Add Lead pop-up that appears
      • Click Add Lead
      • The newly created investor account will then be successfully linked

      Step #2: Switch between sponsor and investor accounts

      Now that you have successfully linked your investor account, you will be able to easily switch between each account by following the steps below:

      Switch To Investor

      1. Click your Avatar dropdown in the top-right corner
      2. Click Switch to Investor
      3. You will be logged into the SyndicationPro portal as an Investor

      Switch To Sponsor

      1. Click your Avatar dropdown in the top-right corner
      2. Click Switch to Sponsor
      3. You will be logged into the SyndicationPro portal as an Sponsor

      FAQs

      Can I unlink a linked investor account?

      • Yes, you can unlink an investor account by following the steps below:
        • Log into your SyndicationPro sponsor portal
        • Click Settings
        • Scroll down to the Link Investor Account section
        • Click the Unlink button

      How do I change the investor account that I have linked to my account?

      • To change the investor account that is linked to your account, simply follow the steps to unlink your account.
      • After you've unlinked the account, follow step #1 above to link a different investor account to your account.

      Will each user in my account be able to link their own investor account?

      • Yes, each company user in your account will be able to link their own investor account.
      • Please note that only one investor account can be linked to one sponsor account.

      Can one investor account be linked to multiple sponsor accounts?

      • No, an investor account can only be linked to one sponsor account, and vice versa (one sponsor can only link one investor account).

      Can one sponsor account be linked to multiple investor accounts?

      • No, a sponsor account can only be linked to one investor account, and vice versa (one investor account can only link one sponsor).

      Can I link a sponsor account from the Investor login?

      • No, you cannot link a sponsor account from the investor login.
      • Only sponsors will be able to configure this link between investor account and sponsor account.

      How does authentication work with logging in/out of my SyndicationPro account with having access to both the investor side and the sponsor side?

      • When you log into your SyndicationPro portal, you will always be able to access the avatar dropdown and select which view you want to see (Switch to Investor or Switch to Sponsor).
      • You will login with your normal SyndicationPro credentials when accessing your SyndicationPro portal.
