This article is intended for sponsors who have already verified their domain in SponsorCloud. If you have not yet verified your domain and are configuring it for the first time, please follow the steps provided in the link here.
How to Check if Your Domain is Already Verified in SponsorCloud:
- Log in to your Investor Portal. (Eg. Yourcompany.invportal.com)
- Navigate to Email from the left panel > Select Verify Domain.
- If your domain appears with a status of "Partially Verified" or "Verified," it is considered verified, and you can proceed with the steps outlined below.
Here are the steps required to re-verify your domain on SponsorCloud:
Step 1: Identify Your Domain Provider
Your domain provider could be GoDaddy, Wix, Bluehost, etc. If you are unsure of your provider, you can click the link below, enter your domain (e.g., example.com), and find your domain provider information.

Step 2: Add the below TXT Record in Godaddy
Step 1: Sign in to your GoDaddy Domain Portfolio. (Need help logging in? Find your username or password.)
Step 2: Select an individual domain to access the Domain Settings page.
Step 3: Select DNS to view your DNS records.
Step 4: Select Add New Record and then select TXT from the Type menu. Add the below TXT record- Name: _dmarc.DomainName
- Value: v=DMARC1; p=none;
e.g. if your domain name is company.com then use: _dmarc.company.com
