How do I reset my password?

Follow these quick steps to regain access to your account.

If you’ve forgotten your password or are unable to log in, you can reset it in just a few steps:

1. Go to the Login page of your portal.

2. Click on “Forgot Password?” located just below the password field.

3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link.

   • If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.

5. Click the link and follow the prompts to create a new password.

6. Return to the login page and sign in using your new password.

💡 Tip: For security, make sure your new password includes at least 8 characters, a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and a symbol.
