      How to Make Feature Requests

      We love your feedback! Learn how to make your feature requests known directly in the SynPro Platform.

      Video Overview:

      To request a feature in the SyndicationPro platform, complete the steps below:

      1. Log into your SynPro portal
      2. Click the Screenshot 2023-11-20 at 11.26.48 PM megaphone icon in the top-right corner of the portal
      3. Click Suggest a Feature
      4. Click + Create Feature Request
      5. Give your feature request a title
      6. Enter a description for your feature request
      7. Click + Create

      After you've completed the steps above, your feature request will be sent directly to our Product team where it will be reviewed and added to the list accordingly! Make sure to continually check our feature requests to see if others have upvoted your request, or if it's been moved to our roadmap.

      💡 Tip: Search for your feature request before creating your own to see if someone else has already suggested the feature you're looking for. If one already exists, you can upvote it to help it gain traction.
