How to Manage Email Subscriptions for Opted-Out Contacts

This article outlines the steps to opt a contact in or out of your marketing emails.

When a contact is added to the platform, their communication preferences can be configured to allow receipt of marketing emails. In alignment with our communication policy, all investors will have the opportunity to opt out of marketing communications or announcements about new investment opportunities upon receiving the first email.

Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, enabling recipients to easily manage their email preferences.

If an investor chooses to unsubscribe, we honor their decision and automatically exclude them from future marketing emails. However, if an investor has unsubscribed in error and wishes to resume receiving communications, there are two available options:

  • The investor can log in to their Investor Portal and update their preferences directly.

  • Alternatively, you can assist them in re-subscribing through the platform.

The same steps apply for opting out. Once an investor opts in, they will automatically begin receiving all future eligible communications.

Steps for Investors to Update Their Marketing Communication Preferences

Step 1: Login to the Investor Portal

Step 2: Go to Account > Email subscription > Toggle ON/OFF. 

  • Company Newsletter / Updates - To Opt out from Marketing newsletters and updates
  • New Investment Announcements - To Opt in or out from any Investment announcements

Steps for Sponsors to Re-enroll or Opt Out a Contact to Marketing Communications

Step 1: Locate the Contact using the search box.

Step 2: Navigate to the Edit Profile section and adjust the Email subscription settings by toggling ON or OFF as needed.
