Investment vs Commitment Type Offerings

SyndicationPro offers Investment (full upfront funding) and Commitment (partial upfront, rest via capital calls) for asset and fund financing.

    Investment vs Commitment Type Offerings

SyndicationPro supports two primary ways of raising capital:

    1. Investment
    2. Commitment

    Investment

Your investors will fund the entire investment amount upfront. This is a common practice for specified asset offerings and a popular way to raise capital for projects.

    Commitment

Your investors will fund a portion of their commitment upfront, and then you will use capital calls to draw down the rest of the commitment over time. This is a common practice for funds, especially blind pool funds.
