SyndicationPro provides an ideal environment to raise capital with cosponsors. Each cosponsor gets a *FREE SyndicationPro account, and the deals you are working on together are synced in real-time between platforms.
Cosponsor investors subscribe to the deal directly from the cosponsor's platform and all of the data points you need as the lead sponsor are relayed in real-time so you can manage the entire process effortlessly.
Your cosponsor's investors remain as contacts on the cosponsor's platform instead of being intermingled with all of your contacts, and you have full access to the data you need to file partnership returns, send distributions, and provide updates.
Add a Cosponsor
Head to Settings and click on the Cosponsors tab to add a new cosponsor.
Once you add a cosponsor, they will receive an email to join. If they don't already have an account with SyndicationPro then they can set up an account in minutes.
The deal(s) you assign to the cosponsor are automatically synced to your cosponsor's platform.
How It Works From the Lead Sponsor's Perspective
As the lead sponsor you will be able to:
- Add an unlimited amount of cosponsors
- Assign cosponsors on a deal-by-deal basis
- Set a raise goal per cosponsor
- Track cosponsor key metrics in real-time
- View and manage each cosponsor investment request
- View and manage each subscription document
- Send updates, add distributions, and upload documents
In summary, as a lead sponsor, you still retain full control and transparency while enabling your cosponsors to keep their relationships with their investors.
How It Works From the Cosponsor's Perspective
As the cosponsor, you can
- Provide an experience 100% from your brand to your investors
- Sync the lead sponsor's deal to your platform

- Customize offering details like the executive summary
- See distribution data and send updates to your investors
As the cosponsor you cannot:
- Make any changes to the eSign subscription template(s)
- Make any changes to distributions
