How to Share Offering Landing Page with Potential Investors

This guide explains how sponsors and investors can easily share an offering’s landing page

Whether you’re running an email or social media campaign, hosting a webinar, or need a one-page summary to share with investors via SMS, WhatsApp, or on your website/blog, our platform makes it easy with a dedicated landing page link for your offering

Landing Page Features

The landing page is a one-page hub for all your offering information. Every offering has its own dedicated landing page with a unique, shareable link. It includes:

  • Offering Summary

  • Offering Images

  • Key Highlights of the Offering

  • Assets and Required Documents

This ensures investors have all the information they need to make informed decisions. Interested investors can also sign up directly through the landing page to begin the investment process.

Additionally, investors can use the Share button to easily distribute the offering to friends or family via a secure link.

Regulatory Compliance for Landing Pages

We ensure full compliance with Reg D offerings:

  • Public Landing Pages: For 506(c) deals, the landing page can be made public, allowing investors to access it freely, ideal for marketing purposes.

  • Private Landing Pages: For 506(b) deals, the landing page is still shareable, but investors will see a professional welcome message (preview shown at the end of this article) and must sign up on the platform to access the deal.

Sponsors can also require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before granting access.

These features allow sponsors and investors to confidently share deals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

How Sponsors Can Generate a Public Landing Page Shareable with Investors

Follow these steps to create a public landing page for your offering that can be easily shared with investors:

Step 1: Log in to your Sponsor account and go to Portfolio.

Step 2: Select the offering, click Offering Details, and expand the Offering Information tab.

Step 3: Turn on Public Landing Page toggle button and click Save.

Step 4: Copy the shareable Landing page Link to share it with Investors.

How Investors Can Share the Offering Landing page to Other investors, Friends and Family.

When an investor logs in to the platform and navigates to "My Invest", they can click View Details for any Offering.

On the landing page, a Share button is available at the top-right corner. Clicking this button generates a shortened link that can be easily shared by investors to potential investors, friends, and family.

💡 Note: Sharing the link via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or social media will automatically generate a preview card displaying the offering name, image, and summary, enhancing visibility and credibility.
