What is the investment process?

Here's a brief overview of the Investor's investment process through your SyndicationPro portal.

Introduction

When an investor discovers a deal they are interested in investing in from your live Offerings, they can simply click the "Invest Now" button to begin the streamlined four-step investment process. In the following section, we will provide an overview of this process.

Step 1: Diligence

Before investing, the investor must thoroughly review relevant documents and possess the necessary information. This ensures they are well-informed about the opportunity, understand risks and terms, and can make an informed decision. By confirming understanding and readiness, the investor demonstrates commitment and preparedness for the investment process.

Step 2: Invest

In this step, the investor specifies their preferred investment profile, investor class, and investment amount, giving them full control over their investment strategy, portfolio management, and financial goals. This customization personalizes the investment process to meet the investor's individual needs.

Step 3: eSign Documents

In Step 3, the investor signs the necessary documents to meet legal requirements and confirm their commitment to the investment. This step ensures they understand the investment's terms, provides legal protection, and streamlines the process before funds are transferred.

Step 4: Fund Investment

Once the investor completes the eSign process, they will receive clear instructions on funding methods. This ensures a seamless and hassle-free experience, allowing the investor to have full control over their allocation of funds and align their investment with their financial strategy.

What Now?

By default, all investment requests are set to pending status. Once you have thoroughly reviewed your investor's subscription documents and have successfully received their funds, you can mark their investment as "Approved". This action will trigger an email notification called "Investment Approved" from your User Notifications settings.

After your investor completes Step 2 of the investment process, they will automatically receive an email notification called "Investment Request" from your User Notifications settings. This email will include detailed instructions on how to proceed with funding their investment.
