Here are some quick tips to get you started with using SyndicationPro!
You're signed up and off to the races. Here are a few things you should take care of.
Settings Page
Upload your logo
It's easy, click on the upload logo symbol in the upper left corner or head to the Settings page.
You should also upload a favicon in the settings. The favicon is the small logo displayed on a browser tab. If you don't have a favicon logo then can simply upload your regular logo and use the crop option to select a smaller portion to display.
Update your General Settings.
Go to Settings > General tab, and make sure you add all of your company's details.
Company Name & Company Address - these will be listed at the bottom of the emails that are sent to your leads and investors.
Notification Email - By default, the platform will assign an email address as the "From" email when sending System email notifications to your leads and investors. If an investor replies to the email, it will be directed to the Company Email address specified in your settings.
If you have set up your company's domain (e.g., @example.com) in SyndicationPro, you have the option to update the notification email to your business email. This allows all notifications to be sent from your business email address, creating a more professional and personalized experience for your leads and investors.

Company Email - This email will be displayed in the footer of email notifications going out to your leads and investors and will be used in other areas like your Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Company URL - this is your company's website. When someone clicks on your logo on the Sign-Up or Login page it will direct them here.
Calendar Link | Activate Calendar Link | Welcome Message - these all work together to let you automate investor introduction calls. By turning this feature on, all newly registered users will see the "Welcome Message" and see a button to "Schedule Call". This will direct them to your online call scheduling service like calendly.com.
User Notifications
These are automated emails that are sent from your platform to your leads/investors. For example, the first one is called "Registration." This is the email that will be sent to someone when they Sign Up with you.
Go ahead and review each of these automated emails to make sure they fit your messaging.
Company Users
If you have anyone on your team who needs access to the admin/back office, you can add them here. The platform tracks all actions and activities so having multiple user profiles helps create transparency and optimizes workflows.
Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions
When your leads and investors sign up on your platform, they will agree to your privacy policy and terms and conditions. We have these pre-loaded for your convenience, but go ahead and update them as you need according to your company policy.
Invite Investors
Anyone can register on your platform by using your sign-up page (i.e. yourcompany.invportal.com/signup). By sharing this link with your current contacts they will be able to sign up.
You can also invite people to your platform. Head to the Leads page and click on Add Leads. Here you can invite people one by one or you can use the Bulk Invite option to invite many leads. After you add leads you will notice a "Resend Invite" button for anyone who has not completed their sign-up process.
A contact is automatically classified as an Investor once they have at least one investment.
Update Your Website with Your New Links
You will want to update your website with some new buttons using your sign-up and login links (i.e. yourcompany.invportal.com/signup and yourcompany.invportal.com/login).

You can also use the iFrame code to embed these forms directly on your site so your contacts don't ever leave your website to log in or sign up.
