Investors Funding via ACH

Investors can fund their investments via ACH from within the investor portal during the investment process.

Setup Process:

Enable this feature on a per-offering basis

1. Upon subscribing to the feature, you will need to confirm the entity and bank account details for the particular deal in order to receive incoming payments. For detailed steps on verifying the Entity and bank account, please click here.
2. Once the Entity and bank are verified, navigate to Portfolio → The Offering → Offering Details → Funding Instructions, then check the “ACH via Investor Portal” box. Choose the payment entity and bank account for the specific Offering and Click Save to complete the setup process.

Investors funding Process via ACH during the investment process

1. During the investment process, investors are presented with the option to fund via ACH, which is the last step. They choose a bank account or add a new one by providing the account and routing number. It is a simple process that takes a few seconds.
2. Sponsors have the option to allow investors to add wire transfers and checks as alternative payment methods to process payments outside of SyndicationPro.
3. Investors will receive a confirmation message immediately after successfully initiating the funding process when transferred through ACH.

4. Manage incoming ACH payments.

   1. You can track the payment status(Settled, In Progress, or Failed) on the Portfolio > Offering > Investors page, and you will also receive email notifications with updates.
   2. By hovering over the payment status, you can view the date when the payment was settled.
      
      
   3. Payments will typically cleared and settled in your bank account within 4-5 business days.
