Workflow for Profiles with Multiple Investors as E-signors

As part of the investment process, investors are usually required to create a Profile where they can specify their profile type as Individual, LLC, IRA, or others. They also have the option to add more investors as signors to their profile if there are multiple individuals involved in the investment.

When multiple investors are more or less compared to the available e-sign templates, SyndicationPro will throw a caution message and provide Investors with the below solution to proceed further.

Solution:

If there are more signors for a profile than required for the document, a popup will appear, asking them to select which signor should e-sign the document.

Example: The Profile created has 2 Investors to sign, but the e-sign Subscription Agreement accepts only one person.
